How to get “BUFF” JK! How I wear my “Buff”
Wearing a mask is now mandatory when outside as per the governments lockdown regulations.
Here is a quick and easy way to wear your buff when running, cycling or if you decide to become a NINJA. I found this to be the least annoying way to wear and it also keeps your head and ears nice and warm! Also if you have ear pods they will not fall out!
