Find a running buddy or join a running group
Having someone to run with can be a great source of motivation and accountability. Alternatively, you can join a local running group to meet other runners and participate in group runs. The Everyday Athlete Run Crew meets every Wednesday around 5:30pm for a social 5km run. It’s a safe environment for runners of all fitness levels to come together and run for fun.
