Yesterday we started cross country training with Hanna and Isabella.

Our session included a warm up jog, some dynamic movement drills, short 30 meter all out sprints, some Simon says strength training and we finished with a 200 Meter Time trial. The entire session was about 30-40 minutes. We will continue training 2-3 times a week and re-do our little time trial effort in a few weeks to track their progress.

We also had a short snack break where we had some bananas and water.
