Join us for a fun urban city run on Thursday 2 February 2023, starting at Pang Speciality Coffee Shop in Bree Street (173 Bree Street). All paces are welcome to join in on the fun.
Here’s what you can expect:
A leisurely 5K run through the bustling streets of Cape Town
A chance to explore the city and take in its sights and sounds
A friendly and supportive group of runners to encourage you along the way
Our run starts at 6 PM sharp, so be sure to arrive a little early to socialize and chat with the group. We’ll then hit the streets together, taking in the sights and sounds of the city as we go. Our route takes us through some of Cape Town’s first Thursday hot spots and will be announced just before the run starts by the team.
